Inside the Best Goods factory

Best Goods has produced custom cosmetic bags since 2008 — as a working factory, not a trading company. Sampling, cutting, sewing, logo application, quality control and export packing all happen under one roof, and you talk to the people who run each step.

The workshop, step by step

Every order passes through real checkpoints — each one confirmed against your approved sample before the next step starts.

  1. Step 1

    Material preparation

Shell fabrics, linings, zips and hardware are checked against the confirmed material sheet.

  2. Step 2

    Cutting

Panels are cut per the approved pattern; nesting is planned to keep grain and texture consistent.

  3. Step 3

    Sewing

Post-bed stitching for structural seams, with lining binding and reinforcement at stress points.

  4. Step 4

    Logo application

Silk-screen, embroidery, heat transfer, metal plate or woven label — matched to the material at sampling.

  5. Step 5

    Assembly

Zippers, handles, straps and internal compartments are assembled and function-checked.

  6. Step 6

    QC and packing

Inline and final inspection against the golden sample, then export-grade packing.
