Quilted constructions pair a shell fabric with padding and a stitched pattern — diamond, linear or custom. Puffer styles use higher-loft filling for a soft volume look. Stitch density, padding weight and shell choice together decide the final hand feel; we tune these three against your price target at sampling.

Can the quilting pattern be customized?

Yes. Diamond and linear patterns are standard; custom patterns are developed from your artwork with a sampling confirmation first.

What is the MOQ?

Our export custom orders start at 500 pieces per style. Sample orders are available before bulk commitment.

Which logo methods work on quilted fabric?

Embroidery, woven label and patch work best on padded surfaces; we advise per structure at sampling.

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
