How a project runs
Eight stages from your first message to shipped goods. You confirm at every gate before we spend your money.

Brief and feasibility
We review your reference and confirm construction, material direction and logo feasibility.
- Step 2
Quotation
You receive sampling cost, unit price and lead time — final figures confirmed on the PI.
- Step 3
Sampling
First sample in 5-7 days after design confirmation, revised until you approve the golden sample.
- Step 4
Pre-production check
Materials, colors, logo and packaging are confirmed against the golden sample before bulk.
- Step 5
Bulk production
25-40 days depending on quantity and construction, with inline checks on the line.
- Step 6
Final QC
Inspection against the golden sample — workmanship, dimensions, logo, packing.
- Step 7
Packing
Retail, e-commerce, gift or export packing as agreed, with carton specifications confirmed.
- Step 8
Shipment
Coordination with your forwarder, or we arrange shipping on your behalf.

Quotations are confirmed on the proforma invoice. Sample fees are refunded on bulk orders of 500 pieces or more.
OEM — your design, our production
You bring the design — artwork, tech pack or a physical sample. We source materials, engineer the pattern, develop the logo route and produce to your specification, keeping your brand off any public material.
ODM — our styles, your brand
Start from our existing patterns and adapt them — change size, material, colors, lining, hardware and logo. Faster development, lower sampling cost, with the same production discipline.
OEM / ODM FAQ
Do you work from a reference image alone?
Yes. A clear photo with target size is enough to start feasibility and quotation; a tech pack or sample makes development faster.
Who owns the design and tooling?
Your design, artwork and logo are used only for your production. Molds and patterns for your project are not shared with other clients.
How is the logo applied?
Silk-screen, embroidery, heat transfer, metal plate or woven label — we advise the method that suits your material and structure at sampling.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
What is the MOQ?
Our export custom orders start at 500 pieces per style. Sample orders are available before bulk commitment.
