Material & construction

How nylon behaves in production.

Nylon shells are woven from continuous-filament yarns — the lustrous grades get a calendered or coated face, ripstop grades add a reinforcement grid against tearing. Both dry fast, resist abrasion, and stay light even in structured shapes.

Structures range from flat zip pouches to hanging toiletry kits with hook rails. Seams are finished with binding or taping for water resistance; zipper garages and splash flaps are common on travel pieces.

Trade-offs to plan for: lighter deniers (190T-420D) crease more, and unlined nylon shows seam texture through to the face. We advise the right denier and lining during sampling.

Buyer FAQ

What is the MOQ for nylon cosmetic bags?

Our export custom orders start at 500 pieces per style. The MOQ reflects custom color matching, structure confirmation and logo setup per project.

Which nylon denier do I need?

Light pouches often use 190T-420D; hanging toiletry kits and travel pieces typically use 600D-900D or ripstop for tear resistance. We recommend based on your structure at sampling.

Is nylon water-resistant?

The fabric itself sheds light moisture, and coated or PU-backed grades resist it further. Sealed seams and zipper garages raise the level — confirmed on the sample before bulk.

Can we get recycled nylon?

Recycled nylon yarns are available in the market. Supply and certification vary by batch — tell us your requirement and we confirm what is verifiable before quoting.

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
