How PU and faux leather behave in production.
PU and faux leather shells are constructed on a fabric backing — usually knit or woven — laminated with a polymer surface. The result keeps shape without heavy interfacing, wipes clean, and colors consistently across production batches.
Structures range from flat zip pouches to boxy vanity cases. Panel edges are bound or lined; stress points at handles and zipper ends are reinforced. Embossing works well on this material — monograms and textures are pressed at the surface, not printed.
Trade-offs to plan for: cold weather stiffens thinner PU grades, and unlined edges need binding or folding for a clean finish. We advise the right thickness and lining during sampling.

Yes. Embossing is pressed into the surface rather than printed on it, so it wears with the material instead of against it. Deboss with foil fill is also available.
Can we get recycled or bio-based PU?
Recycled-backing and bio-based coating options exist in the market. Availability and certification vary by batch — tell us your requirement and we confirm what is verifiable before quoting.
What are the payment terms?
